Somebody nearly bought from you today.
Then they left, and nothing told you why. JourneyLens records every visit to your Shopify store as a journey: what they looked at, what they put in the cart, how far into checkout they got, and the moment it went wrong. Then an AI reads all of it back to you, together with your own product pages, and tells you what to fix first.

Every visit is recorded like this. The break in the line is where the sale was lost.
JourneyLens is in review for the Shopify App Store. For early access, write to journeylensapp@gmail.com.
Three things it catches that you would never see otherwise.
JourneyLens is not an analytics tool. It does not rank pages or chart sessions. It answers one question about one shopper at a time, and then tells you which answer is costing you the most.
Checkout is turning people away and nothing tells you.
A country that falls outside your shipping zones. A payment provider still sitting in test mode. Shopify shows the visitor an error and shows you nothing at all. JourneyLens names the error, counts how many people hit it, how many carried on and bought anyway, and tells you which setting to open.
A product gets opened all day and never sells.
JourneyLens sees which products people look at and walk away from. The AI review then reads that product's own page as it stands right now, the description, the photographs, the variants, the stock, and tells you what is missing from it.
You do not know which part of the shop is leaking.
Every visit is counted once, at the furthest point it reached: browsing, a product page, the cart, checkout. The largest drop is the one worth fixing first, and on most stores it is not the one you would have guessed.
An AI that reads your whole store, and cannot make anything up.
One button, once a day. It reads what your visitors did, how your store is set up, and the real text, images and stock on the products they walked away from, then tells you what to change first and where to change it. It is never given a figure it cannot prove, and it is not allowed to write one.
From a store review
No fast checkout button is available anywhere
Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all switched off, and card number errors were the most common thing visitors hit in checkout. Turn the wallets on: those visitors never type a card number, so the step that is failing disappears for them.

The Trail Shell Jacket page has nothing on it
No description, no images, six variants, and out of stock right now while still marked on sale. Add a photo and a few lines on fit and fabric, or set it to draft so visitors are not sent to a blank page.

What JourneyLens cannot see.
Shopify strips names, email addresses, phone numbers and precise addresses out of every event before it reaches us. We never ask for access to your orders or your customer records. This is a limit we chose, not a gap we intend to close.
- Who your visitors are. Never a name, an email address or a phone number.
- Your orders and your customer records. JourneyLens does not request access to either.
- Where your visitors came from, or what device they used.
- Anything at all once you uninstall. Every record for your store is deleted.
